Pros: it worksCons: 1. stupid name (half of apps in my phone is called smart, difficult to find it)2. Insufficient filtering of movement in accounts (please look at fio how the filter should look like)3. Approvals require to have another app (again called smart something - shiot your marketing)4. New offers are not implemented in the app but its embedded web page that does not know my credentials (again i need to login), very annoying5. Cant call helpdesk using credentials of this app -> have to authorize again and lose minutes. Super annoying6. Error messaging does not tell anything. E.g. if I cant apply for some service, all I have is error message like “go personally to a teller” instead of elaborate why I cant have that sevice. Hallo I am in the protected mode, in secure environment I dont have time to visit tellers, I want to deal with you electronicslly, jlhence the point of smart apps

Po aktualizacii nefunguje smart banking s tym ze aplikacia bola aj dva krat odinstalovana a znovu nainstalovana aj v slovenskom jazyku aj v anglickom.Aktivacia prebehne ok ale po zalogovani do smart bankingu aplikacia vita klienta ale zaroven ho odhlasi s informaciou ze je sluzba momentalne nedostupna a ze ma opakovat neskor.Aplikacie som instaloval v roznom poradi aj aktivoval aj podla navodu banky ako prve token a potom smart banking.Ale ten isty problem mam.After recent update the application of smart banking doesn’t work.Even after correct installation that was done twice in both language slovak and english.Both installation activate but after the login to smart banking the app welcome the client and after few second will log out the client with error the service is currently unavailable please repeat your request later.No matter in what order you install or activate.By the bank default they advice the token first the the smart banking after.I did both way ended with the same error.

Not as good as VUB app

Instead of things like virtual assistant, there should be push notifications on phone screen about account movements in real time so i know what’s happening instantly with my account. In 2022 they still sending emails , which are late also. Or paid sms. If VUB could have it implemented years ago why would csob not. What’s good is the easy non regular mortage payment in the app! :)

Hello, the reason why the application does not provide PUSH notifications is that the bank is currently undergoing a transformation program, which includes the introduction of a new banking system. We will start PUSH notifications in this new solution. Thank you for your patience.
