ČSOB SmartToken is a secure mobile application for ČSOB clients, used for electronic signing and logging into ČSOB digital banking services.
Before first use, the app must be activated. App will automatically suggest the most suitable activation method for you — such as facial biometric verification, transferring activation from another device, or verifying your identity through the ČSOB Contact Center.
The app may request certain permissions. All permissions are optional, but granting them can make activation and overall usage more convenient.
An internet connection is required for activation. After activation, ČSOB SmartToken can work offline, although the best experience is achieved online.
New app activation methods:
-Facial biometrics
-Activation transfer between devices via QR code
-Disabling support for activation via SMS key
