Can you add translate button?? Thx- Question update:Thanks for ur response. Actually what I mean is about the comments and information sections for tourist attractions/ restaurants/ cafes etc, its content is still in Korean, we need translate button for it!Besides, if we could use search bar in Traditional Chinese, that will be more useful. 🐱

Hello, this is Naver Map Services. For Naver Map v 5.1.3 or higher: Click on the top left side menu button(=hamburger button) > Click ‘Settings icon’ on the top right side button > ‘언어’ > and change the ‘한국어’ to ‘English’ to use the app in English. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Translation issue

Take note that the app is quite UNFRIENDLY to foreigners who don’t speak/understand korean. When you set the language to your own (eg. English), only some of the user interface is in English, while any secondary information that you tap into will still be in korean. Even location names aren’t that well translated, and the best way to use this app is to use Google maps, copy and paste the name into the Naver Maps, pray it works, and even then it may not give the correct location. Advice to users: Search up all the locations you want to go to in Google Maps, then copy and paste all of them over to Naver maps, favourite (star) the location so you don’t have to keep searching and saves you the hassle. Suggestion to Devs: Hire someone who speaks English (Natively) and understands Korean to a high level, who can actually help make the app better. I know most of y’all don’t really care but 2.5 stars on app store really isn’t a good look and this app is indirectly dissuading some tourists from coming to Korea even though the country is a great place to visit
Extremely unfriendly to international travelers
Mr. GKKoo
Only 1 star because at least I can run this app.Simply a bad design that is unfriendly to international travelers at all. The webpage version does not have English version - the app does. But when you try to search, most of the time only Korean search would land on what you need ( and how do you do this when you don’t know Korean? )The information is inconsistent with what Google map provides, and for some restaurants on Google map they are not even in the Naver system. And for foreigners who do homework on Google map and then transfer all the research to Naver, it’s just full of frustration because of the inconsistency, failed searches and language barrier. I cannot believe a country that has huge international success has a system like this for all their visitors. It’s far worse than Japan. Please improve your system and it will help you go far.
Very UNFRIENDLY to foreign people
HATENAVER😡
It kept saying my account was suspended when I did nothing to my account. And the service center refused to help me unblock the account over and over. I don’t know what you want me to do to get my account back. I didn’t do anything suspicious with my account and the service center repeated the same message to me of the refusing of unblocking my account. I really don’t know what you guys want me to do. If you don’t want to be friendly to foreigners, then you can block the foreign IP in APP store.😠
