I love the app but

The app has stopped working for now, since I updated to IOS 14, it opens but it doesn’t show me any information anymore for some reason, and sometimes it says no internet connection even when I’m connected to the WiFi right next to me, can you please check that out ?

1) in general ui is overloaded with unnecessary menus. in my case - I manage 4 different accounts, all I want to see after login is next payment date, amount, and general plan info which is hidden in a different tabs. if I skipped payment date, balances tab is empty so I can’t analyse how effective was my plan and also I need to open other tab to get plan name and it’s cost. In case with handmade plan, it always shows default values so I’m not able to see its conditions without payment. 2) changing tariff on number which is under my “care” still requires sms authorisation, in case with elderly people it requires your physical involvement with device, please make mobile care feature friendly for remote management.P.s Lifecell Ukraine, please add Apple Watch ESIM support. Thank you.

Invisible charges, beware

I was charged for an SMS that the phone allegedly sent on its own to Apple.No signs of a charge in the application scout. In SMS section it says I was charged 0 hrn.No such message on my phone. Lifecell says, it's not an sms, that's why I cannot see it neither on my phone, nor in the charger. But they still charge for it as a cross border SMS. When I ask to send me a report where I CAN SEE this charge, they say it is a paid service and I should go to the nearest shop for it. During COVID, with the application that has a Charges tab and should contain all charges from my account, I am supposed to go to the shop and pay to prove that they did not steal the money

Ці повідомлення надсилаються автоматично при включенні / реєстрації / перереєстрації в додатках (приклад програми для Apple i-message). Ви не бачите дані повідомлення в телефоні. *Настя

Poor support and dishonest operator

They just take your money without your consent, notification, hint or whatsoever, and throw their terms into you. I needed to convert to eSIM and this costs 50 UAH , I had a pop up message that I needed to pay 50 uah, I did that and wanted to pay for that service, but they took half of it right away just within few seconds and I again have insufficient funds to pay their horrible service. I will never recommend this operator to anyone and prefer to change to Vodafone who make exceptions and refunds like normal people do
