Photoshop subscription not recognized
You don’t get to use Photoshop for iPad, supposedly included in this bundle.
Not Working
Says that I have access to photoshop, illustrator and spark however when I go into all of the other apps, they don’t recognize my subscription
Really weird scammy
I’ve tried twice to get this working properly. when you purchase this package you get charged the 14.99, you download the apps everythings golden. 7 days later you’ll realize you only have 1 app at the default price of 9.99 and the other promised apps will not work. Like it’ll ask you to purchase them.
I get on the phone with adobe.. and they say its an apple issue.. I get on the phone with apple they say its an adobe issue. they’ll say you don’t have any account with them, and since it was purchased on apple “a 3rd party” it has to be canceled through them.
Or if you’ve had one of the apps previously and you upgraded.. you’ll keep the app you’ve had, and the other ones will just expire in 7 days.
It is very confusing, I was on the phone/texting back and forth with apple and adobe for 4 hours till I gave up.
