It has a lot of pros, like:- The app can let you add other sports (like Tennis, Basketball, football.. etc)-The app offers water reminder-The app allows you to adjust your capabilities, like how many push-ups you can do-The app have a step tracker -The app have a daily streak, gives extra motivation-The app have custom workouts you can pick made by professionals.-Using the app is really easy-The app doesn’t force you to pay at all.And really tiny cons, like:-Sometimes for me at least, it bugs and ruins my streak when I repeat the month.-You cannot set custom sport when adding a sport in the calendar, like my recent sport I’ve been playing recently Padel. That’s all what I can think about currently, hope anyone who sees this review finds it helpful.

I would rate the app 5 stars if it weren’t for this one thing. It has a function that you can turn on that based on the other settings related to it reminds you to drink water in certain intervals. The only problem is that the notification sound makes it sounds like you’re peeing yourself. But if you go into settings and turn off the sounds for the notifications that defeats the purpose of the notifications telling you to drink some water and to exercise if you have the app programmed to tell you to do that. It’s a great app that I would diffidently recommend. It’s just that on thing mentioned is the reason I’m not giving it 5 stars

This is a great app helped me lose weight a few years ago and is helping my younger brother. But my main concern is the ads that we get when we open the app. They are not appropriate for little kids and you need to check them.

I used to use this app and didn’t mind an ad or two here and there. Until their update it was pretty good. Then they added different workouts but only for money. All of them, which you can find online for free. Plus, every time I went in the app two or more ads would play and I couldn’t click out of them. I tried closing the app and it kept happening. Halfway through my workout I couldn’t even use the app because of the amount of ads. Wouldn’t recommend this and have honestly found different apps that aren’t annoying like this one. Don’t waste your money on this app and honestly I wouldn’t even use it.
