Excellent app. It provides a simple way to do your Kegel. You actually look forward to doing it. It keeps you on target for health. I strongly encourage everyone to use this app and to take care of your health you get older, you will thank yourself for doing your Kegel.

Does its job. Wish it would make some noise during exercises so I did not have to look or hold my phone during exercise. Some minor bugs at first but have not encountered them very often.

I bought this app, it looks simple and effective. I started to notice that it’s was recording activity on the right day, then it kept resetting back to day one. I asked for a refund as I had purchased a years worth of cover. It was refused. They obviously have issues with the software. There are other more effective options
