This is a parking enforcement and security reporting tool used by property managers, patrol companies and towing companies.

User can navigate to the property either in offline or online mode. Inside the property, the user can search for a plate number, permit number and space number. In addition, there is a “Tow” and “No Tow” list to allow for better enforcement. Residents can order instant guest and resident permits which become immediately searchable.
User can log a plate number or permit number to determine if this vehicle has been cited before and what the next action will be. No need for paper tracking anymore. Reliant will create a log to track with photos the prior notices given to a vehicle.
User can create new entries, by selecting the new entry option from side menu and entering all the location and entry details. If an entry is created against a registered vehicle, a resident alert is sent to the resident.
app will always crash upon clicking on “vehicle logs” . please fix ASAP.

I love using this app and all the ways to run vehicle information(permit,space,plate). I do enforcement for multiple properties It even gives me to option to “search all” which will search the whole system of properties for a certain permit or plate number to be able to prove what property it belongs to when it doesn’t come up in property im doing at the time. Weak signal also comes in handy when I go to properties with bad signal(like underground). I can download load vehicle/property info before going and double check when service is good again before towing. The logging feature is amazing. I do not have to keep track of how many times I logged a vehicle by writing all info down. I log it through reliant app and the app will keep track of day and time along with photos I add as proof and how many times it was logged. I recommend it and will keep using it my self

I've changed my password multiple times from the website and the app still won't allow me to sign in. The apps useless right now.
