It would be nice to be able to take notes like to scribble on appt or mark for lunch with the Apple pen or just with stylus or your finger To take quick notes Instead of having to actually creat it as an appt U can just jot down to block an hour or two . Also like if you need to move an appt down or up and hour or 30 mins -or to just move it to another day - it would be nice to put your finger and drag it to another day or time slot without have to delete and put it some where else - cause if u can just put your finger and drag it to where u need that appt would save time .. but love how u added the wk love that soooooo much . Sandy, thank you for the nice review! We wanted to let you know that in our latest update, you don't have to create a fake appointment to block out time. You can create a "Personal Event" instead. Also, although you can't drag and drop appointments on our app yet, you don't have to delete it to change the time. Just open the appointment and tap "Edit" to change the time date or time. I used this app for 6+ years at my salon. Everything works great for running a small salon with multiple stylists. Then I added a location and opted to try Gloss genius as it advertised multi location. False advertising. I had to pay for 2 separate accounts and couldn’t access the one unless I was at that salon. So many hiccups. Support was NOT good. So I reached back out to MyCuts. They quickly jumped in and helped me find a solution to my multiple location problem and help me get things signed up and set up. They are so easy to work with and are quick to respond. I’m thankful to be back. They continue to add features and are very reasonably priced. You won’t regret this option.

It’s simple and straightforward

It works well. There are things I’d like differently but they are more my preference than anything. I like that my text reminders are covered with subscription and that price is lower compared to others. I think this would be great for just starting out & comparable to a pc scheduler that I prefer but is not realistic to use on the go or away from salon. I’ve had this app for 2yrs now and the only trouble was app had 72hrs of text reminders not working. I think that’s pretty great considering what others have had happen or done.

I have just started using this app. Very happy with the quick response from support staff. I wish it had a way to print daily schedules that show what services the client is scheduled for. The only way to print schedules is when you access my cuts online on my desktop Mac computer but it isn’t color coded and doesn’t show what services they are getting. I am just getting started on using this app. Hopefully the online version will be updated to match what the app does.

• Replaced the welcome pop-up with a simpler welcome banner.

• Fixed an issue where auto-importing a client’s last appointment could override the appointment date or time you already selected.
