Convenient App.

I’ve been using this app for about 3 years now. And love it! Before, I had to contact Access, to obtain ETA information. Recently, the app has been having “server” issues. Making it unable to log onto the app. When it’s working, you can actually track the vehicle. Info on to the seconds m, when the vehicle will arrive. Just the server issues.

The application or pearl works great except that badges will not disappear after I have you to notification I have the latest update of the access services application installed. I have deleted, re installed, turned off badges and turn them back on and to no avail. Also, while the map feature is wonderful with ETA it is completely useless for somebody who has no vision such as myself who relies on voiceover it would be helpful if maybe under the ETA section there was a way to give a precise location as to where the driver is and maybe an update along the way to show where they are as opposed to just displaying the visual map
This application needs a few updated items

I love the find my ride app. I don't worry about missing my ride, or running late to get to the curb. I can see how long it will be, what kind of vehicle I will ride in( I prefer the sedans) I can also easily rate the ride and the drivers. Most get 5 stars. Great app and it also calls you on your phone or sends a text to alert you if you are not already at the curb that your driver has arrived.

It’s very helpful and gives you the exact location where the vehicle is to pick you up and tells you how long it takes. It puts me at ease as someone who has anxiety and I don’t have to call access hotline for ETA most of the time. It does have its hiccups with servers crashing like all apps but it’s worth it.

Fixed an issue that caused an “Invalid phone number” error during the registration process.
