Upgrade to v2026.01. Because of the brand migration, we have transferred our apps to TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods account. For smooth upgrade to v2026.01, all iOS users must first update to version v2025.12. Direct upgrades from old versions other than v2025.12, for example, upgrade from v2025.11 to v2026.01 may encounter login errors. In case that you have encountered above errors, you should first uninstall the old version and download the latest version from Apple Store to resolve the login error.

Sign In. ​As part of the brand migration, we have updated mobile app icon and sign-in screen. Mobile APP name has been renamed from ‘POP6’ to ‘TELUS RE Pro’. Goals. New intelligent recommendation module provides actionable insights on Visit Compliance, POP Coverage, and Perfect Store performance.

Assets. Users can now view the summary of asset requests directly in the "Today" screen of the mobile app, providing the number of assets with different status, for example, how many assets that are registered, requests pending for repair, transfer, remove etc. Opportunities. Two new opportunity types have been added - Promotion Sell-In; Display Sell-In, allowing users to identify, quantify, and prioritize sales opportunities and generate recommended actions to seize them.

Calendar. Users can select multiple POPs to reschedule them together instead of reschedule POPs one by one. Customer Scorecard. We now also provide customer scorecard in mobile app which allow reps to check the POP’s performance in respective of Visits, Opportunities, Sales, Perfect POP, Availability, Promotions and Displays.

Upgrade Mobile API Architecture. Upgrade mobile API architecture from Monolithic to Microservices which will increase the system security, improve the system flexibility, and ultimately, the new architecture will support larger number of users with stable and high performance.

Bug fix for better performance.

RIR Dashboard. Make an enhancement for POP6 RIR dashboard. Once the RIR photo(s) have been uploaded, users not only can see the dashboard but also can see the actions were suggested.

Fixed the issue preventing login in the Thai language environment.

UI/UX 2.0 As we gradually update and refresh the UI of our mobile applications, this release we will update the “Today” screen with a new “Visits” panel. Photo Audits. The upgraded dashboard features a much larger photo so it’s easier to quickly view your photos, especially when they are stitched together as one large image. Perfect POP Score. The Perfect POP panel now compares the current visit’s Perfect POP Score with the last visit and displays the change in points. This upgrade is available for those clients who already use the Perfect POP function.

UI/UX 2.0. To improve the user experience of using POP6 application, we have upgraded screens of Login, Today and Activities. Calendar Upgrade. To allow reps register an ad-hoc event which is something they’ve done during today but not relevant to visiting a POP, such as an office training meeting or lunching with clients and etc.

Version Naming Changes. Fixed some bugs.

Enhancement of Photo Stitching. For better user experience and taking better quality of stitched photos, we make enhancements for the photo taking function, photos can be easily taken without requiring lots of experience, web users can find more details from server generated high resolution stitched photos, it also helps to increase the accuracy of calculated KPIs based on the recognition data.

Sign In. Implement Active Directory single sign-on for user management, the same with web application. Audits/Tasks/Displays/Orders/Notes/Reminders. All these modules will support the new type field – contact.

Opportunities. Enhancements on opportunities module which makes it more flexible and useful. Activities. Change the layout of modules from row by row to all in one row from left to right which makes the screen neat and space-saving. Fields of Date. Fields with filled or prefilled date can be cleared and users can leave it empty now.

Activities. Make an enhancement for the layout of activities screen, the new layout shows the detail task name, audit section name, promotion name, etc. directly in the activities page.

Rapid Image Recognition (RIR). If RIR reported some SKUs missing in this visit , field reps are able to report OOS reason for each missing SKU. Audits & Rapid Image Recognition (RIR). The results in RIR will be filled into related audit form fields automatically once RIR get the recognition result e.g Availability, facing, price, OOS reason.

Asset Management. Assets in POP now can be managed including request a new asset, report an unregistered asset, check/ transfer /repair/ report missing /remove registered assets.
