I have been with this company since it started and I will say it was a little harder to use when it was only computer and I am so glad they moved over to an app so that way I can show my clients on my phone or iPad what’s going on and why when they make a certain movement. I wish we had this type of app during massage school because it’s very helpful for people who need to have a visual instead of reading out of the book. I have been looking for 20 years to get a visual on movement with insertion & origin. Thank you guys for making this happen:)

I went to a PT to get some help with my lower back/leg issue, and while the exercises were helpful, this app really leveled up my focus on exactly what was going on with my movement. I could see related muscles that needed strengthening, and it just made understanding the mechanics of the movement I was working on so much better. I did a yearly subscription to this, it’s quite affordable for the information provided, thank you!!

Has been really helpful in diagnosing mobility limitations and learning how my joints should move. But I cannot figure out which app has what and which is the best for me. I have anatomy and posture, and I don’t know if those are the best choices for me, or if they have duplicate information. The information I've been directed to for deciding this was not helpful. I have a variety of physical interests, but don’t want to buy them all to see which one is the best.

There is nothing better, nothing more useful than all the material M&M folks produce. I’m convinced that there are 1000’s of ways to get and keep in shape. But nothing one does will give a person their best results without the structural education and anatomical POV that M&M provides. (77 years old, been working out for 25 years, and using MM these past few years have helped me adapt to the aging process so I can stay in great shape.)
