Can’t hit send on IPhone SE 2020

With the new update, we are not able to proceed with the normal transaction setup. Somehow we don’t get to checkout/send/transfer money to a designated account. Fortunately, we were able to do money transfer by changing the transaction workflow by clicking on help at the transfer screen menu and then clicking back option. The send button appeared once we did the above procedure. Can anyone please fix this issue.Thank you

Upon bank selection getting a message that iOS must be 17 . Where on the app details in app store it’s mentioned about the iOS version supported by UPI? If it’s mentioned then would not have downloaded. Not sure why there is Skip on the up right corner as it does not skips the bank linking screen and shows a message that bank linking it required. Remove it as it’s confusing Updating: I somehow got to the Home Screen added my debit card but in the Phonepe gifts there is no option to buy the gift using debit card. Can’t raise a ticket as I don’t see that option as well.Now again back to the screen where it is forcing me to select bank and since mine is not IOS 17 once again can’t surpass this step Not sure how can I raise my concerns using ticket as suggested by the developer here.

Hello, we know how difficult this must have been for you. iOS 14 and later is the minimum version required to utilize the app. However, as per UPI guidelines iOS version should be 17 or higher to use UPI. Transactional integrity broken

This app breaks the fundamental transactional integrity of financial market. There has been a number of case transactions got hung, money got out of my account but did not reach recipients account. This stays for over 2 days and had to follow up with receiver to get money back etc which is a painful thing. It’s shocking this app is allowed by regulators to deal with public money. A transaction needs to always fully success or fully unwind - never leave a state where money is debited from payer but did not reach receiver for a substantial amount. This will now be reported to Apple for review whether this app will be allowed to be on store. In addition there is no customer support. There is a chatbot where there is no option to reach any customer support.
