I first downloaded this app to countdown to Halloween and loved the spooky theme. I have now been using it to countdown to seeing my family for the first time since quarantine and love having a widget with a photo of my family on it! When I had an issue with the widget displaying correctly, support staff responded to my email within an hour and solved my issue easily. I highly recommend this app to those who need that extra motivation to push through and look ahead.

downaloded this app at the start of the widget craze. i loved it!!! i thought the fonts were really cute and i liked the ability to put an image in the back and stuff. really great stuff. then, one day, they decided to remove the ability to put images in the bg of your countdowns (ie they made it premium), which was GENUINELY TERRIBLE. who makes a feature that was initially free for money? but i got over it; i put colors in the background instead and it was fine. one of my recent countdowns just finished, so i went to edit it (to count down to something else that’s upcoming). well, surprise!!! now, you can’t make your countdowns use the units “year,” “month,” and “week” unless you’re a premium user. are you actually serious? this event is 155 days away - 5 months, actually, which i have on my home screen now that i’ve switched to another app. it so frustrating that this great app decided to monetize all of its most integral features. once i’m done with my last countdown (which still has rhe months unit since i made it before this disastrous update and i haven’t edited it or anything recently), i’m def switching over to another app. you can literally get all of this for free using other apps so idk why they deuces to make people pay … like i honestly hate switching apps and i still like the fonts on this one a lot, but it’s just not worth it anymore. come on bro. stop succumbing to the allure of money

The free version is very limited in styles, but all I wanted was a countdown widget on my Home Screen to help me track the days I have left until retirement! I ended up making countdowns for Christmas and family vacations as well. It’s helpful for my stress management to have something to look forward to, and to be reminded that it’s drawing near.

I’ve only had the app for an hour or so so I’m still learning - so that’s why I’m giving 4 stars. One of the biggest reason I decided to pick this app is because it states the app doesn’t collect any data from me and that’s important to me. For the hour or so I’ve used it, it’s an okay app. Some improvements would be: 1. Allow ability to change the fonts main countdowns (or maybe they are and I havens figure it out). 2. Wish there were more cute templates to pick from a - like a retirement template, Halloween templates, more birthday templates, etc. 3. I want more wallpaper choices. I know I can select my own pictures but it would be nice if there were more wallpaper choices.4. Select one of the countdowns that I can see right in my home screen (maybe this is available but it’s not obvious to me). I’ll rate this app again after I’ve used it longer. I’m hoping paying for it was worth it.
