I love shopping at your store. When I first walk in and hear the piano music it’s awesome. Every dept I went to the sales people were very friendly and helpful. I needed my new dress hemmed for my granddaughters wedding. Again my experience with the seamstress was fun. She helped with an idea to pin the dress up into a roushing look when I change into my dancing shoes. I purchased a shawl for my new dress with the help of the sales woman in dresses. I also purchased a beautiful rose gold bracelet in jewelry. And had to buy a pair of slacks too. I always have such a great shopping experience at Von Mauer! And I love that I can pay my bill slowly with no interest! Thank you for being my go to store!!!!

I have been a customer for years. Beauty. Reliable, Fashionable, Timeless and their Louisville employees are amazing, professional and so nice. Online has also never been a problem. I have gems⚙️ in my closet from shopping at Von Maur. Oh and Christmas at Von Maur - only place I shop . Plus the site is decorated beautifully 🌲. Complement’s on everything thing I have bought there .VonMaur is great for kids,, mens clothes, that perfect outfit for an event , it’s not a sore but experience.lBest shoes -and don’t forget to check out shoe room. I don’t actually love live shopping in this day and age but Von Maur has been my favorite place to shop in person for the past few years. I love the fine selection of high quality, well made products ranging from cosmetics to shoes to fashionable clothing items. I love the sales and I especially love the live piano music playing in the sitting area downstairs! Thanks for maintaining such a special atmosphere for shoppers who are often stressed and short on time for shopping!

I do love this app. Most of the time it is convenient. The one inconvenience is that there have been times that I would have liked to pay my bill using a debit card and that is not possible with this app. I had to find account and routing numbers for my bank account which would be easy if I had checks to refer to, but I did not. It was a minor inconvenience and mostly due to postponing a payment that I would have liked to have paid quickly. Other than that, I love how smoothly it operates and the tabs are all easy to use making finding items or bill pay easy. Thank you for making a straightforward app!
