It’s “ok”

I think enterprise is delusional if they think anyone will use their app to find a gas station or similar, people will just google or use their smartphone. This is a useless feature. The mileage tracking feature is ok, but by no means “easier” for the user, and appears only to make things easier for enterprise, not the fleet driver. This is really just a glorified way of tracking mileage. The only other feature that may be useful is that you can find contact numbers. Lastly, the “accident report” and “service locator” require that you allow enterprise to access you location. If this is not enabled, these features are useless and will not work.

Usually a buggy app isn’t enough to actually impede my ability to do my job, but in this case it is. I have to log in to see a notification about a vehicle, and then the page that allows me to see alerts gets cut off. Right now I have a high alert message that says “Manufacture recall has been…” and that’s it. I can’t read the whole thing. My options are “Ok” and “Mark as Unread.” This app is absolutely terrible. Developers, please use ChatGPT or take a basic programming class because this could hardly get worse.

Problems logging in for last several months

This app was good then problems started several months ago with an iOS upgrade. I haven’t been able to use the app for the last 4+ months. Can always log in online but no go for the app. This is the same for the rest of my company. It was difficult to navigate the app to begin with, but it was convenient to find contact numbers for customer support. Shame it’s still not functional.

I’ve been using fleet apps for 15 years or so. The eFleets app is the worst I’ve ever had to use. It’s bad that an app makes you consider changing employees just so you don’t have to use this terrible app.

We’ve made a few updates to make partnering with Enterprise Fleet Management even better: Here’s what we did for efleets version 3.5.0: Fixed minor bugs, Improved the UI, and added the ability to view registration cards for leased vehicles
