Additionally packages should be included in the total package … it becomes very expensive this additional adds..The quality of the coffee must improved.. no taste in the coffee.. mornings no goodIn addition dinner time the coffee cup is not available to enjoyed with the dessert
App Doesn’t Work

When it was working it was fine. Pretty accessible and easy to navigate. However, every time I tried to open the app it said I was not on board the ship and wouldn't allow me to use any of the functions.

I took a Costa Cruise this summer and it was a great time. HOWEVER, this app is absolutely horrendous. I cannot even explain the amount of problems and struggle caused solely from this app. This app is meant to make the cruise more enjoyable and less stressful. However, this app only made the cruise more annoying and stressful.
In this new version, we have made improvements and fixed several bugs. We are also gradually introducing new Artificial Intelligence-based features to enhance and make your experience on the Costa App smarter.
