About Kamini Desai:

This is amazing ! I’ve had problem sleeping since I’m a child, and for few years in my 20s I relied on alcohol to fall asleep - but realized quality of rest was terrible - then I discovered white noise and it was very efficient and I could fall asleep much easier. Back then I used Pzizz that was a Mac application that would create an audio file, now they have an app and it works pretty well still - but sometimes I still can’t sleep.Someone told me about this app and I didn’t like that there’s no white noise or isotonic sound, felt like it wouldn’t really work, but I’ve gave it a serious try finally this week as I’ve had a really hard time sleeping with white noise and wow !Now I do wish there would be an option play a white noise at the end of the session as I use it to cover outside noise that would wake me up. But other than that it’s perfect !

PERFECT YOGA NIDRA availability for me! I travel a lot and having this App on my phone with my earphones allows me to relax and practice “Yogic Sleep” wherever I go! Yesterday I flew from Vadodara to New Delhi, India on a 7 am flight. I relaxed to the 36 minute version, and arrived at my destination refreshed and “ready-to-go.”
This update includes two new meditations: Safe & At Peace and Sleep Deeply. We have improved the navigation and styling of the app for your convenience. Last but not least we squashed some bugs and improved the performance of the app.
