Was so excited when it was enabled for us to order supplies for clients through mobile app. However not really able to use much as have to hit things multiple times to get it to go, super slow and freezes up constantly. Def needs work

This app is incredibly buggy and in a great bit of irony accidentally hitting the accessibility options will cause the app to break in a way that makes it unusable.I was excited when my employer deployed iPhones with larger screens as it somewhat remedied the issues temporarily, but randomly the text got bigger and the issue occurred once more.

more dissatisfaction
This app constantly fails due to error and takes me to the wrong pages. Nothing is user friendly, I am unable to search for an order placed by another clinician, etc.
