I bought this very reluctantly. I used it once and was sure I was going to return it. But was going to give it a full 30 day review. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and my only wish is it had more battery and was a little less obtrusive. It's not obtrusive, but it is large, and I wear it all the time. I especially like it at night during my hot flashes and using the night mode. I think you need to be aware of your body's symptoms. I could put it on and not notice any change, but then when I think about it, I haven't been hot when used. Will it cool down your body from excessive heat? Not sure but it will bring it within tolerance. I love the different heading/cooling modes. I constantly change mine based on what I'm doing and how soon I might catch the need to use it (the sooner the better!) Its real. It's a little pricey, but I find it really works. But I'm also very aware of changes happening within my body. When I start sweating if I go into a-fib, it even helps that! Not the heart, but the sweating which helps me focus on bringing the heart rate down not having to deal with the uncomfort of sweating at the same time. I decided it's well worth the cost because I didn't like the alternative.

Love my Embr
Love, love, love my Embr! It is the best thing ever! I already loved it but I didn’t know how much until NOW! I have a spinal fracture and I am pretty much bedridden. My body changes from hot because of the pain to chills at night. So my Embr saves the Day. I wear it pretty much all the time except for showers. It is so easy to switch the temps from ice cold to hot if needed. Some people may say that it does not heat or cool their whole body. But if you will relax and use mind bio feedback with your Embr, you will be surprised how fast you can cool down or heat up. At night if I am chilled, I can get in bed, under the covers and turn my Embr on a warm setting and put my arms underneath the covers and snuggle into the Embr and quickly I am very warm and cozy. Honestly I don’t think I could stand all my pain without the Embr. I think it would work great for a lot of people who suffers from any pain, aches, such as arthritis, nerve damage or anything that hurts. You have to give it a chance and adjust the temps and modes that please you. Work with it a couple of weeks and soon you can’t go anywhere without it. It’s great for eating out. Some restaurants are either too cold or too hot. All you have to do is turn on your Embr and you will be comfortable in no time. Meetings or stressful speaking engagements, it is a must. I used mine for so many things before I broke my back and then I found out how much I really need it. I am not affiliated any way with Embr and I’m not trying to sell any product. It’s just that my husband bought me one last Christmas and I can’t believe how well it works for me. If you decide to get one I hope it works as good for you as mine does for me. Embr - So Far So Good

Just got my Embr this morning. Charging was fast and easy. (Uses an old iPhone charger to connect to a wall outlet.) Looked over the Quick Start Guide, then took E for a 90-minute walk with my dog. The outdoor temperature was 59 F when I left home, which is a little chilly for me. (I have Raynaud’s.) So I used the warming function. Felt the heat right away. Hadn’t paired the device with my phone yet. So I had to restart it a couple of times during the walk.I’d bundled up in a sweat shirt with a hoody and a fleece-lined jacket, leather gloves and a scarf. But there was a bracingly icy wind and my ears and face felt tingly from the cold. I suspect the E works better indoors than during long outdoor wear. But in the latter case it may be effective if it’s set for an extended time. Now that I’ve paired it and can access the settings software, I’ll have to try that. Meanwhile, I’m impressed with the E’s performance.

So it’s a new concept of a simple device w app & simple to set up & use bc of the maker which I give credit to. The metal band that holds up a large watch face on wrist (2x size of new small size Apple Watch) is super awesome, it looks cool, feels great, functions even better then great-with magnetic secure latch instead of Velcro, more comfortable then most Rolex’s & Cartier watch bands.It does exactly what they say it will do, price is fair as again they advertise exactly what your getting. It’s something that is designed well, I was in a VC meeting today & meeting went from Hedgefund business to “what is on your wrist” in a great & curious way. I bought another wrist band (similar to apples Velcro well not Velcro in the sense your thinking of, but material same in attaching style but super cool) & I haven’t even switched out bc the metal band which comes with is truly awesome You can super easily control cool down temp & warm up temp via wrist device itself as well as change the 10 minute default vis wrist/but also via EMBR app which app is super easy, the entire device is easy I live in Austin where it was 101 F at 6 pm today so I’ve of course utilized the cool down only You feel it, it firsthand only cool you down but it expels heat from face of device.I think the company will easily make this body temp help device stronger & stronger and more efficient But I’m impressed, I want to test it out on a three block meeting I need to ask in my office walking three blocks in Austin Texas heat with it off my wrist and on the way back with it on and then get even a better sensation of how much it’s effects were I’m impressed enough that my fund will reach out for investing I have no affiliation of any kind with the company nor know anyone thereThat’s all my honest opinion
