View your accounts, securely contact your advisor and access market data at the touch of a button. Simply sign in using the same username and password you set up for RBC Wealth Management Online desktop access, or complete registration if you have not done so (applicable for clients with existing accounts). Here’s what you can do: - View your total portfolio through the dashboard - Check account balances, performance summaries, asset mixes, holdings and activities for specific accounts - Deposit checks to eligible accounts directly through your app - See market performance at-a-glance, including major movers and related investment news - Send secure messages and attachments to your financial advisor, and see instant contact information - Get in touch with Client Support Services - Touch ID and Face ID To get the best performance and security, ensure your device is running the latest version of iOS and enable push notifications for important alerts.

Pretty solid app

The app works as expected and rarely glitches. It would improve the app to: 1) Allow logout by clicking the human head icon at the top right corner of the app. It’s currently at the very bottom of the “More” tab, which requires users on smartphones to scroll down to access it. Most apps use the top right or left corner for placement of the “Logout” button; 2) Please add the ability to access statements and tax docs from the app. As people - especially senior citizens - move away from owning laptops, this is important.

I had hoped this most recent revision would fix my inability to use fingerprint access. Unfortunately, it did not. No idea why it stopped working after 2 years. The bill pay functionality is really disappointing when compared to other bank apps. It actually feels like the rework done earlier this year took several steps backwards. Cumbersome, time consuming and not intuitive. The investment components are more user friendly.Several months later I received a message from the app developer asking me to try their latest version. So, I have updated my software each and every time it has been revised. I have yet to see any improvements, at all. It remains cumbersome, lacking in features that are available from other providers and still not accessible with fingerprint. I have discussed with my financial advisor that I will likely be moving my checking and bill pay to another bank.

Generally solid, but needs a few tweaks

This is a good app for amateur investors, but it needs to take a couple of hints from the truly consumer-oriented apps like Schwab and Fidelity.There should be a simple, obvious way to look at historical results at least for 1d, 1wk, mtd, 1 mo, ytd & life of acct. They should be available for the account as a whole and each individual sub-account within the main account.

Huge Glitch and Clunky Budgeting

I am fairly new to this app. I logged in today to enter transactions into the budget and found that the app is adding gains with the decimal point in the wrong place, making it appear that there were HUGE gains overnight. Budget tracking is very clunky compared to what I usually use (YNAB), but my advisor wants me to give this a try. As far as tracking investments, I haven’t found a way to see weekly/monthly/ytd, etc like other investment apps or apps like Daily TSP.
