Use the free Alaveda app to access your company/health plan wellness program from your mobile device. The app offers a wide range of personalized tools including:

- Socialize with friends and colleagues
Alaveda integrates with the Apple Health app which allows you to share steps from your iPhone and activity, workout and sleep data from your Apple Watch. We use this data to provide personalized wellness programming and help drive positive behavior change within your wellness portal.
The Alaveda app is available for anyone to download, but you must obtain login credentials from your employer or health plan before you can log in.
