I had never tried this place until a few months ago, and I am impressed with the quality, quantity, and taste of the pizza for its price. I like the various options available on the menu that are a mix of both traditional and western flavors. As a member using the app, I like being able to order ahead and choose my pick up option, along with the special discounts and deals available through both the app and email communications. The free delivery policy is also nice and unique. I will be sure to order from here again when I get the chance.

The app is mostly perfect to me, except for some things, 1, I wish whenever you add items to your cart, it would save it until you remove the items, not have the cart expire after however long that’s set up for, 2, the amount of drop down menus when customizing a pizza can be a bit annoying to work with otherwise it’s sorted well, 3, the amount of time it says when your order for my case carryout when you place an order seems to always be longer then how long most times if not each time it actually takes for it to be ready, not that it’s a huge issue for me personally but I’d rather be there early before it’s ready so when I walk out the door, it’s as fresh and hot as possible. Otherwise it’s easy to use, somewhat easy to navigate, and overall is simple but in a good way.

I’ve been a Sarpino’s customer for a couple of years now. However, I’m reconsidering due to their pitiful customer service last week and failure to follow up on my complaint. It took them over two hours to deliver my order of two calzones when they told me 45-60 minutes, and it was luke warm at best. I called at 55 minutes as their “order tracker” said they just began preparing it!! I got a pitiful apology from the person who answered the phone with an excuse of not having enough drivers that day. They should tell people this (whether it’s an online order or by phone) ahead of time. I would’ve gone and picked it up. No offer to comp my meal, or discount next service, or anything. Terrible service and even more upsetting as I’ve loyally sang their praises (until now) to everyone I know. However, until now, I’ve had excellent service and their pizza is the best around. Haven’t lost me yet, but I should be compensated for my last order.

okay i’ll start off by saying sarpinos is, chef’s kiss, one of the best pizza places i’ve ever had. like probably my favorite. plus it’s open really later — super nice as a college student. i like that they have an app and it’s my go-to as opposed to other ordering apps as it lets you keep track of your rewards and it’s easier to see the promotions sarpinos usually has going on (another reason to love them tbh). the app is a bit wonky and hard to use at times — i’ve caught myself almost ordering to the wrong location due to it being slightly difficult to change locations, etc. i also think they could do a lot more with the app with points and rewards and stuff. overall, sarpinos has great food for those late nights and has plenty of deals going on basically all the time so super awesome. love them fr
