Your money is safe
Your account is held at Hypothekarbank Lenzburg and protected by Swiss deposit insurance up to 100’000 CHF – just like any other Swiss bank. Your data stays in Switzerland. Log in securely with your personal login code, fingerprint or Face ID, and authorise payments with your own transaction PIN.
To get started, you need:
• a permanent Swiss residency
• exclusive tax liability in Switzerland
• a Swiss passport/ID or a B/C permit (from 70+ countries)
• to be at least 15 years old
Only 3 stars because of the recent tariff changes and because we cannot give aliases to beneficiaries: when we have several accounts for the same person, it is impossible to distinguish one from another just by reading the name.
Microphone doesn’t work

Unable to create an account because the identity verification agents all cannot hear me. The iPhone’s microphone is working fine, and microphone access is granted to Neon app, but tries 10 agents, and no one can hear me.
