OvrC ("oversee") is a remote management and monitoring service for professional integrators of power, audio/visual, networking, and surveillance products. Works with products from brands like WattBox, Araknis Networks, and Luma. Manage your list of customers, change device settings, be proactively notified of problems, troubleshoot issues remotely, and reboot devices from anywhere - before your customer even notices a problem.
FEATURES
• Proactive monitoring. Fixing problems is easier when you know what’s broken. Proactive notifications let you know a device needs service.
• Instantly resolve issues from anywhere. Quickly reboot trouble devices or cycle networks with the touch of a button – from anywhere – eliminating the need for unnecessary truck rolls.
• Simple Customer Management. Track devices by customer & location, store customer's phone number, name devices for quick recall.
• Easy Install. Configuring devices just got easier. Simply plug in, claim the device, and get started.
OVRC is great but this app is way too clunky for normal use. It’s kind of ok on an iPad with a larger screen but it’s not optimized for mobile at all. It’s just the website in a skin basically. My two most common gripes are that it doesn’t save the Solomon layout you choose. I look for MAC addresses a lot but I need to add that column every single time I open devices. Also why are there nested scrolling sections? That works ok on a big screen but is just awful to use on mobile. Oh, and echoing another user, just take me to the devices page when I go to a client. Streamline the app. It takes way too many clicks to do things.
Latest app is hit and miss

Love OVRC (old app), new one is great if it works, but way too often does not recognize my password and it won’t remember my credentials. Still using the old app 90% of the time. IPad version is much more reliable.
Please go back to previous version

I don’t normally submit reviews but this last update is pretty bad. Please just use words and not symbols/colors. This is a utility - not a dating app. It doesn’t need to be cute. Just useful. Please just put the site devices on the landing page after selecting the site/customer. I know where my customers are how to get in touch with them - I dont need to see their address and phone number. Which reminds me - I’m not *ever* going to give you guys my customers contact info, so please don’t ask for a phone number.
Constantly Getting Worse

Every update makes this app more difficult to use. The only option is the web browser. They try making every option, info, and button available on this app. Just not working out. Gen one of OvrC was simple and clean.Edit: Web browser not even a viable option anymore. More added features without fixing outstanding issues/bugs.Update: App is worse than ever. Sad. Web browsers version is mid at best.
Thanks for using OvrC! This update includes bug fixes and performance improvements.
