The My Citizen app makes Citizen watch ownership easy. Identify your watch in 1 of 3 ways – then activate your warranty, and access your watch information, setting instructions, and proof of purchase. All in just a few quick taps. Currently, identification of models manufactured prior to 2005, as well as models manufactured outside of the U.S., may be limited within the My Citizen App. We are gradually working to add more models to the database for your convenience. 3 WAYS TO IDENTIFY YOUR WATCH The first thing you will need to do after downloading the app is to identify your watch in one of three ways: Tag scan – using the tag that came attached to your watch Watch scan – using your mobile device’s camera to scan your watch face + case back Manual entry – if you know your model number, or caliber + case number SETTING INSTRUCTIONS Once you’ve identified your watch, you’ll never worry about misplacing your paper manual again. The My Citizen App gives you access to your setting instructions and specifications, whenever you need it. WARRANTY INFORMATION Activate your warranty directly with the app for added protection and peace of mind. You will also receive an additional year of warranty coverage for free (U.S. residents only). Store your proof of purchase within the app for easy reference. SUPPORT You can always get help with your Citizen Watch through My Citizen as well. Support for any issue you may be having is available within the menu, as are links to other areas of interest. We will be adding more features to the My Citizen app based on community feedback, so please let us know what you think. We strive to give you the best experience possible.

Love the watch

5 STARS FOR THE WATCH! 3 STARS FOR REGISTERING THE WATCH!I love my new Citizen Eco-Drive two tone bracelet watch. It is beautiful and just what I was hoping for, it is perfect! I love the beautiful dial, the date, the second hand dial, I love that it is all stainless steel, and I love that I can see the time in the dark! I wanted that option and was pleasantly surprised that my watch has that feature. I especially love that this watch is Eco-Drive meaning the battery charges by any kind of light! No more batteries running out of juice, and no more having to replace the battery! Registering was difficult .. for me. I was not able to add my watch case number as I was not able to type on that line!? Also I am not comfortable giving anyone access to my photos so I was not able to add a screen shot of my purchase receipt. There should be a way to attach a photo without giving access to my photo library! I was able to register my watch so my warranty is in place. I love everything about this watch. Thank you Citizen!

I bought this watch at EZ Pawn in Spring Texas. I paid $90 for it , then I took to Kay Jewelers in the Woolands and they charged me $ 43 to recharge it under a light Machine and then it was recalibrated, timed and set . Before that I cleaned it and polished i I downloaded the E650 manual so I knew it was too low a charge . That is why I could not set it. I love this watch and it is my EDC. Kay Jewelers appraised it at $650 . It is written on the receipt. I can afford this watch and I plan on buying another Citizen . They are a great investment. I may get a Satellite, I am not sure but I do like Titanium watches. I am proud of this watch. I will not sell it nor will give it to anyone. This watch is a gift from God. The pawn shop did not know what the value was when they priced it. I am definitely a Citizen Customer. This watch will hold its value. I want more, but I am happy to own this watch . I would like more information about the history of the watch and who owned it. Is my watch under warranty? Great epic product. I wear it 24/7!!! Ok

My second eco-drive watch

This is my second Citizen eco-drive watch, I still have the first one which I purchased back in. I believe it was 2000 and it still runs perfectly. It’s just that I bought this new one because it had new features and it was more in style than the older one with a bigger, bezel, Anna, and a bigger body, and, a better clasp. Both are titanium. Neither has a scratch on it and the first one I have used and used in abused even while snorkeling and bumping against cool reefs and stuff. There’s still not a scratch on the crystal over the body of the watch, the new one, which I have abuse even worse. They never lose a minute of time, I’ve got them set according to the atomic clock what you said to my MacBook Pro and I compare them sometimes in there exactly to the second. I’m very very happy with both. Thank you for your good progress, exceptional products.

I’ve Never had an actual watch before never owned or bought one besides having an Apple Watch and relying on technology, but I recently turned 20 and decided to get myself a present and I chose the Tsuyosa due to the look and hold it had over me I really admire the Material and Detail and sleek design of the watch itself the blue dial it what really attracted me and the Band , overall I’d rate it 10/10 I haven’t had any problems or dislikes about the watch.
