HCA Inspire enables HCA Healthcare colleagues to communicate through social media-like feeds and receive important unit, facility, division, and enterprise communication. Colleagues with a My Scheduler Web profile can also access their schedules through the HCA Inspire mobile app.

Schedule: My Scheduler integration, including the ability to view your schedule, self-schedule, request open needs and time off, swap shifts, and view the department calendar
Badges: grouped into five different categories to help celebrate accomplishments: education and certifications, leadership roles, excellency, HCA Programs and competency

This app doesn’t load my schedule half the time and is not useful. I don’t understand how as a large company to own it there is no functionality to connect it to my iPhone calendar. Half the alerts don’t work and I can’t see any of the shift needs. I also don’t understand that you need to have the app up to date to view your current schedule, essentially guaranteeing you need to use data to utilize the app. Connect it to my calendar I won’t have this issue. Also, why is it not any easy view to see shift start time or who else is working at that time? Maybe the developers should look at other apps like when to work. Disappointed to that you can’t even get this functionality on the website.

I’d give zero stars if it were an option

The app randomly decides to stop working when I need it the most, to check my schedule and put in my scheduling preferences for the new schedule period, no matter how much trouble shooting I do. The real kicker is there is no easy way to check your schedule outside of this app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, logging out so I can log back in or attempt to reset my timpani access but I can’t find any info on how to fix it anywhere and I can’t find tap “login” or “login to timpani” endlessly with literally no result. This app is trash and it’s messing with my income and life

Timpani is unintuitive and not user friendly, makes every day more difficult than it should be

Update: why is getting to the schedule now even harder. Having a login within a login is crazy. It never used to do this. Front line staff hates it, managers hate it, directors hate it. Big wigs should really have an initiative where their app builders (Timpani specifically, even outside of this app) collaborate with local leaders who actually do the schedule to understand how immensely complicated this has made their lives. Seriously. Whoever has the power to push this review to someone who can actually make some decisions should know it’s necessary.

Timpani has ruined this app

Every so often you’d have to log back in to view your schedule, but since we’ve swapped to this idiotic AI scheduler run by people that don’t even work NEAR our hospital (because we just HAVE to shove AI into everything.) you have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to see your schedule. If you wanna add insult to injury, sometimes doing so brings you to the wrong page anyway, and you have to completely exit the app and reopen it, then log in again. Hopefully the desire to have AI for the sake of AI causes a steep revenue loss and Timpani goes directly in the trash.
