Geo tag movement detection Geo tags now deliver smarter, more dynamic location updates. In addition to the regular 6 AM and 6 PM updates, when enabled, the tag sends an automatic update when an asset starts moving and another when it stops. This gives you faster, more relevant visibility into real world equipment activity without switching to fixed hourly reporting. Introducing role‑based geo‑visibility in ON!Track You might not want asset locations shown on the map to be visible to every user in your ON!Track account. With our new role‑based visibility controls, you can now decide which user roles are allowed to see geolocations on the Smart Map and in the asset detail view. Whether you want to limit visibility to selected roles or turn it off entirely, ON!Track now gives you the flexibility and privacy your organization needs. Stay in control. Stay compliant. Smart inventory on Smart map: When you review Smart inventory results in an asset’s details, your selection stays active until you change it. With the filtering applied the map only shows assets in that category. Asset detail map: In the asset detail map, the asset card shows the scan code or inventory number when the asset name is missing. This helps you identify the asset at a glance. Unite API: Attachments for Hilti Services display more clearly in Unite API. Attachment counts display correctly in the service list view. Full attachment details remain available in the individual service view. No action is required. Consumables onboarding (Germany and Switzerland only): Consumables onboarding is easier to follow with clearer status indicators for edited and onboarded items. You can copy and paste from Excel in item search, and error messages are clearer. You’ll also see an information message for Hilti Automatic Refill and Analytics to support ongoing improvements.

Fixed an issue where service completion could require optional fields in some non-English languages.

Service Checklist and Smart Service Enhancements: You can now run services with a structured digital checklist. Add up to 20 checklist items in a service template, reorder steps, and set mandatory checks so service execution stays consistent on web and mobile. You can also set rules in Company Settings under Service Settings to automatically update asset status based on Pass or Fail results. Add Asset Permissions: You now have separate permissions for Add Asset and Add Asset Template. This helps prevent unintended template creation when a model name is entered differently, so users can add assets using existing templates while only authorized users create new templates. Turn Off Alerts: You can now deselect all alert recipients, so you only receive the alerts that matter. Previously, at least one role had to be set as a recipient. Smart Map and Asset Detail Map improvements: You can now view tracking details and status by hovering over an asset pin on Smart Map. Double click a single asset pin to automatically zoom to the blue confidence bubble level when available, and on mobile use the zoom button to reach the same view. In the Asset Detail Map full screen view, double click the asset pin to zoom in to the blue confidence bubble level when available.

Login Experience: You will notice a new, sleek login screen that provides a cleaner look and a smoother start every time you sign in. Reliability Fixes: We have addressed an issue that affected Smart Inventory results, so your data reflects what is happening on site accurately. Connectivity Field Help: You will see clear information pop ups on location related fields that explain what each attribute means. Onboarding Hilti Consumables on Web: If you are in Germany or Switzerland, you can add Hilti consumables to Quantity Items in a few clicks. Search the product catalog by item number or recent purchases, set asset groups, stock units, minimum and maximum levels, and locations, then onboard in one step. ON!Track creates entries, flags duplicates, and locks key fields to keep data accurate, so you save time and maintain a clean inventory.

Van and Heavy equipment gateways detect new tags in ~10 min when vehicle is inactive (previously 15 minutes), record tag removals ~20 minutes (previously 30 minutes), and report offline status in ~16 minutes (previously 20 minutes). Warehouse Gateways (AI G125) can read up to 500 smart tags, significantly improving tracking in high-volume areas. Gateway Alert Notification Control: You can manage gateway alerts with a single toggle in Gateway Alert Settings. Turn alerts on to send messages to the selected employee, or turn them off to pause notifications.

Storage Asset Export: You asked, we listened. With this update, you can use Asset Export in Storage Assets. When you open a storage asset and move to its child page, you will see an Export button. Use it to get the parent asset and every child asset in a single Excel file. Privacy control: You can set the address field as private for new and existing employees and extend privacy to the entire address block when adding or editing records. Emergency Contact and Home address are private fields. Users with View permission can still view other employee details that are not set to private. Smart Map: You can now export the last used date and time of smart assets directly from the Smart Map export. This gives you a single file view of where and when each asset was last seen and used. UNITE Delta support is available for the Quantity Items GET APIs. You can use a time based filter to return only records that changed in a selected period, which reduces data volume, speeds syncs, and simplifies integration. New Stock Units APIs let you create, update, and delete stock units through UNITE. The GET Asset API now includes the attributes registeredBy and registerDate, so you can see who registered a tool and when, improving tracking and audit readiness.

Smarter Tool Kit Management: Automated inventory management is now more efficient than ever! With the introduction of the new storage asset category “Kits", equipment sets, for example, cordless tool with batteries and chargers, are now handled as one unit. This ensures accurate smart inventory counts and keeps tool sets intact during automated transfers. The new setup is designed to work seamlessly with all your automated flows and simplifies how equipment sets are tracked and moved. Email Alerts for Recalled Transfers: Users will now receive email notifications when a transfer is recalled before delivery. All involved parties are informed with full transfer details, improving communication and coordination. Smarter Syncs with Delta Support: Delta support is now available for the Locations GET API. You can fetch only updated records using a time-based filter, improving sync speed and reducing data volume.
