iChoiceRelax must be used with an iChoice fingertip breathing rate sensor.
Everyone’s physiology is different, and each person has their own ideal relaxation breathing rate based on their current mindset. Your live breathing rate readings (obtained by the breathing rate sensor) will help personalize exercises and guide you to breathe at the rate that is ideal for achieving maximum calmness. Our app synchronizes with your physiology, giving you a personalized result.

RELAX - While following the on-screen guidance to relax, the app continuously monitors and records your physiological parameters and stress index.
By swiping left on the screen, you can view real-time physiological data during your relaxation session, including blood oxygen level, pulse wave, relaxation index, respiratory rate, and perfusion index.
You can choose to mute the programmed sounds and use your own music or relaxing tunes.
RECORD - Takes a 30-second reading to easily check your current vitals.
We recommend taking a reading every morning to view and compare your progress via charts and graphs. Filter results by day, week, month, and year.
