Tried to use the 'forgot password/username' feature. It just spins and spins and spins forever, you never are able to actually reset the password or retrieve it. It looks like something that was developed in 2003.That is in no way a slam on the programs that are hosted in Regence Empower. They are good programs, and they provide benefits to those people who pursue them. It's too bad that such worthwhile programs are put on such a second rate platform.Not to mention the terrible experience of trying to sync an iPhone or Apple Watch to keep track of your progress. Anybody who can accomplish it gets an award. I used to sync my Fitbit to the system with absolutely no issues.

I wish I could write an actual review. Sadly, I can’t. Not a single time that I’ve tried to log in have I EVER gotten the app to work. So I honestly don’t have a clue about how it works, if it does, etc. because from my experience thus far, it doesn’t even fully boot and log me in. Gets stuck. I’ve had the app installed for several months now and not once has it worked. 1. I click on the app to open it.2. I get a screen asking for the 4-digit pin I created earlier. 3. I type that in. It automatically advances me to whatever is supposed to come next after typing in the 4th digit. 4. Then I get a totally white screen with a blue “spinning circle” type icon/button in the center. Like it’s thinking and trying to do something but is stuck and can’t. Seriously, it’s similar to the “blue screen of death” for older tech users to compare to lol. The first couple times this happened I just rolled my eyes and force quit the app. Didn’t have time to dink around. But attempt #3,4,5 and 6 I had plenty of time. I logged in per same as above, got the white screen. Set my phone on the tray in front of me on my cross trainer, started and completed a quick 20 minute session. Not once did those circles stop, change, disappear and not once did the app screen load for me. So, yup. And this is required by my health plan if I want rewards (who doesn’t!!!)C’mon guys. It can’t be that hard. FIX. YOUR. APP. ISSUES. !!

Regence needs to stop pouring money into this app, or start actually doing something with all the low rating info. This app is extremely buggy and slow to load. Every time I click on a challenge it might open, but most of the time it gives me an error message and times out on me. The actual website isn’t that much better either. For “team challenges”, the app doesn’t show me any of my teammates steps, and the website shows me only some of their steps, even though others are telling me they have logged theirs. Developers…please don’t tell me to contact a number to give more info for people to “look into it”. You have all the info you need from all of these negative reviews. It’s been years. Please just either fix this app the way people are asking, or stop wasting money on it.

Can you guys just spend a little more time and money on making the app a better experience? From looking at the other reviews before downloading this, it looks like this app has been poorly received from the beginning. Please just do what you need to do to make the app less buggy and slow. Maybe hire somebody to provide a better user interface as well. It has the potential to be a great tool. But right now, it just isn’t working.
