I like the watch for the most part. It counts my steps and syncs to the app good which is what I bought it for. My biggest pet peeve is that I can’t see the screen in the sunlight. Some other things I don’t like about it is: the history is not the greatest at saving or reviewing and not all my text messages come to the watch.

Please make sure that your mobile device is locked, so the messages would come to your watch first instead to your phone. As for data, please make sure that you are transferring your collected data to your watch before 12 MN, as the watch will reset to another day and your previous day data will be erased. Lastly, for the brightness concern, I will have this forwarded to the Product Team for their review. Thank you very much.

The watch app won’t even open. Super Disappointed I was so excited to buy 2 for Christmas and when I sat down to set it up for my mother on Christmas it doesn’t even work!! I’m so Embarrassed and don’t recommend or will be buying anything with this brand. Like I Mentioned I bought 2 and I won’t be giving the Second one away and very upset because I bought them months before Christmas.. I don’t understand why they will even sell them in the stores knowing they do not work because there’s many reviews about it. I wish I would of look into them before buying the watches from Walmart. I give this watch/app a 0 Rate!!

Leopard geckos
At first the app was great, but then I started having a problem. Every time I’d sync my data to health itd double or triple . For example, say I did 5000 steps. I go onto the app twice. Health displays my amount of steps as 10,000. I tried multiple device settings, such as factory resetting the watch and clearing mobile data, and I even tried deleting and redownloading the app which leads me to my next problem.Now, because I deleted the app and redownloaded it, the app will not open. It seems like a lot of your users have this problem, and I would appreciate a solution.

I bought an I tech watch set for someone as a Christmas gift. Now I feel so stupid because it’s a gift they can’t get the full benefit from because the app will not open. Can you please tell me when this issue will be resolved? I see by all the reviews on the app in the App Store that this has been an ongoing issue for a while now so how much longer could it really take. If it isn’t fixed soon then there is a company basically just taking peoples money for no services rendered.
