I learnt SKY meditation in 2013 in Minnesota, it was life changing and as I look back it still seems un believable , what all transformation it has brought about in my life. I was not able to practice kriya daily and needed a guide and a tool to be disciplined . The app does that for me .. It’s designed very well and I use it daily. Some benefits I have experienced - quit smoking - overcame chronic depression - lower levels of anxiety- happier in my work- happier in my marriage ( might not have survived if I had not learnt SKY)-success in work and in my career I realize for someone new to this appor to Art of Living this would seem way out there ... that’s coz you have not experienced the joys of SKY meditation , till you do it - words can’t explain it. If you take one advise .. just drop everything and sign up for the next course.

First of all- why are we paying for this? I was shocked to learn that they were charging us for this app. Especially since there is NOTHING on the app description that says you have to pay for it. Did we not already pay for the Art of Living classes? This should be free. I still don’t even know how much I’ve been charged over the past few months. All I know is that I’m being charged. I hope they don’t drain my account.To top it all off, there is no way to cancel my “subscription”. All I had to do was provide my thumbprint to pay for something that I didn’t even know I was paying for. Now I have to keep paying even though I don’t want to. Please provide us a way to cancel the subscription. This is not ok to do to people.

It’s probably not an understatement if I were to call this probably the best meditation and wisdom app. Not because of the design and functionality, but purely because of the quality and wealth of the content that the app offers.The app has amazing meditations, that simply give you the deepest rest, rejuvenating you for the day ahead, or giving you much needed rest at the end of the day, so that you do not take stress of the day to your family life.The wealth of wisdom is amazing too. The wisdom gives you a very broad perspective to life and allows you to deal with what life throws at you.The app is also continuously adding more content.I would also highly recommend the membership plans. Depending on your needs both plans offer really amazing value.

All I can say is that I wouldn’t be alive today if it weren’t for these practices and techniques that I learned from the Art of Living. I was diagnosed with ADHD and had huge issues with focusing and woke up with anxiety attacks every day. After these programs I couldn’t say that I have ADHD anymore! I feel so established in myself and I feel high off life! So grateful. So so so grateful. Thank you!
