Training with Ketsy Santiago through My PT Hub has been an amazing experience from start to finish. She truly took the time to understand my needs, my goals, and even my weakest areas so we could work on them effectively. Ketsy was always reachable, checking in on me regularly to make sure I was staying on track and feeling supported. Each workout she created became more challenging over time, but also more fun, which kept me motivated and excited to show up.One thing I really appreciate is how adaptable she is—Ketsy works with people of all ages and always has a plan tailored specifically to each client’s abilities and goals. She knows exactly how to push you in the right way, while still making sure you feel comfortable and confident.Using My PT Hub alongside our training made everything even easier. I could quickly see my workout plans, track my progress, and communicate with Ketsy whenever I needed to. The reminders, clear instructions, and video demonstrations in the app kept me consistent and focused.Overall, I would recommend Ketsy Santiago to absolutely anyone looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, caring, and results-driven. She’s not just a trainer—she’s a true motivator and partner in your fitness journey.

This app is horrendous for anyone who lives in the USA especially. To start it’s a UK app so you have to work around all their measurements and time stamp issues, there’s no option for it to switch everything to do it when you set your location to the US. Next if you every need customer support you basically have to contact them in the middle of the night US time. The app doesn’t update weights for the last workout therefore your client cannot see how they progress and what weight they previously lifted. I had multiple issues with clients trying to submit they did their assigned workout for that day and it counting it as completed as well. Lastly, when you want to cancel there’s no option on the website, you have to directly email their support which I myself did and they emailed me back saying that I have to contact the live chat team to cancel, so I did then the live chat team told me I have to email them (already did that first) to submit a request to cancel. At which point I was frustrated and asked them to cancel once again and then got a response saying “there was previous cancellation request” even though I had already emailed them requesting to cancel in the first place. Then once canceled even though I had paid for the month already and had 2 weeks left on my subscription still, My clients and myself were not allowed allowed to access the apps for the remainer of the subscription I had paid for. This is absolutely absurd, if someone pays for the software then wants to cancel they should still be allowed to access their account till the end of the billing period. All in all just a very poorly ran company and software still has a lot of issues.

When you are working out and recording each exercise that you do, make sure you don't hit the back button or that your phone doesn't shut down from that screen, you lose everything that you were recording during your work out. The other problem is if you miss one of the days, it's not like you can make up that day on the following day, you completely skip that days workout. That means if you had chest day on Wednesday, but had an emergency and couldn't show up to the gym on Wednesday, there is no way to regain that work out. You have to wait till next week, Lord forbid you miss that work out again. That would be two weeks straight without working out your chest.So as long as you can utilize this consistently every day without missing a workout, and be sure not to leave that page while your recording what you are doing, then all is well. I would prefer to find an app that corrected these two issues.

My trainer uses this app for our workouts and for logging our stats. We weigh in every morning but adding my weight to the metrics screen is painful at best. I add my daily weight and hit Send and it takes forever for the metrics screen to update. It’s as if it never received the send at all. Our trainer puts in two workouts a day, one cardio and one lifting, but cannot change the times on them so one shows as am, but after we actually train, and the second as pm. Even after submitting our workouts the app notifies us to do the same workout. This is annoying. Please update the app to register completion and allow us to change the times. Also, our coach puts in the workouts once on the backend, but the same workout will show up twice on the client view. On the main/hub page the “today” workout often shows yesterday’s workout instead of today’s. It would be helpful if the metrics would update based on Apple Health app or MyFitness pal updates. That would make the weight entry cleaner. Your app picks up the updates, but updating the metrics would be helpful too. Resetting the password doesn’t work. My teammate got locked out of the app. She follows the instructions to reset, submits her email as instructed, but never receives an email and is still locked out. If I accidentally start the wrong workout there is no way to cancel it without hitting Finish and logging a workout that never actually happened. I think this could be a helpful app if the developers would refine some of the UI pain points.
