I expected a professional and efficient experience with Spiff, but unfortunately, both their support and platform fell far short of expectations. The customer service team is unresponsive and lacks accountability — inquiries often go unanswered for extended periods, and when responses do arrive, they are generic and unhelpful.The application itself is equally disappointing. It suffers from performance issues, inconsistent functionality, and a confusing user interface that undermines productivity rather than enhancing it. For a platform that positions itself as a solution for efficiency and transparency, the overall experience is frustrating and unreliable.It’s unfortunate to see a product with potential be let down by poor execution and inadequate support. Spiff should seriously invest in improving both its technology and customer care if it hopes to regain user confidence.

The data in the “periods” tab has been redesigned in a way that makes nearly impossible to scroll the available pay periods. Additionally, the commissions paid out and each. I set an a font that is so small that it’s nearly impossible to scan the various periods and see what the amount paid at work without actually tapping into them.As an app, quite literally, the primary job here is to display what the monthly commission will be, analysis, and further breakdown is by far a secondary concern. I appreciate that the app exists, but it appears that the people that design it are not commissioned otherwise, they would architect it with an emphasis on displaying the data differently.

This app doesn't work on my phone at all. Doesn't let me choose the location, asking me to change my password to log in, then says i can't log in. When i used to be able to use it, it was worthless. The website is okay the app is total garbage. I guess you have to have a nice new phone to be able to use it.

Mobile app hasn’t worked in at least 6 months. It forces you to change your password and then the newly reset password will not work in the app or on a desktop version, stay away.
