I’m not sure how this app helps when you can’t see time of medication delivery, food delivery, etc. For instance, you can see the RX list but that’s it. Anyone who has had the experience of having to use an assisted living facility already probably knows what meds their loved one is on; what’s helpful is making sure the facility delivers meds at the appointed time. This app is just a way for facilities to try to reassure families at check in but it doesn’t tell you anything helpful. Also you have to re-login EVERY time.

I tried to access How’s Mom on my phone and it says I need to update it. I no longer can access info through the current version. However there is no update on the App Store.

My dad has been in & out of nursing homes for the past year. I previously was making calls to the building to get info daily. Finally his newest facility had this How’s Mom. Super easy to get on and track his meds. I’m shocked that other facilities don’t have this. It would have been a waaaaaaaaaaay better experience!

First attempt to login using phone or email feature it’s already asking you for your password. Second / third / forth attempt same. It doesn’t recognize that it’s your first time logging in but it still insists on a password. I FINALLY GAVE UP … It’s literally impossible to get started with this app and I’ve tried several times contacting support by email and no reply. My suggestion is don’t even bother looking at this app any further. Try CARELINX instead. But if you instead looking for actual work try INSTAWORK.
