Super easy to use, I don’t have to navigate through numerous different pages/menus to do things. Lots of nice modern features too, the AI chat is actually helpful for answering questions (unlike others I have used). There’s a lot of old negative reviews, but it seems like those issues have been fixed, I haven’t had any of those issues

I’ve used a lot of HR/payroll systems over the years, and honestly, Netchex is one of the easier ones to live in day-to-day. The biggest thing I notice is that it doesn’t feel overly complicated. You can get in, do what you need to do, and get out without clicking through ten different menus. Highly recommend!
