I got this app when our elderly greyhound broke her leg. We had her surgery completed and she came home with tons of medications that were administered at various times and doses. This was terrifying to me being that I can barely remember to take a multivitamin. This made the process of scheduling and reminding me to give her the medication on time (and even log it if I wasn’t on time) a breeze. I’m so thankful to have found this right when I needed it most. It will even mimic a call to remind you. Genius! Once the development of this app progresses, it would be amazing to add notes on medication symptoms, reactions, dosage, and reasons for skipping a dose to the list. (And changing dosage time if we need to!!) This would be helpful to share with the vet to provide general patterns of behavior and progress with the medications. Either way, I’m over the moon with this and will recommend it to everyone I know-including the surgeon who performed her surgery for their patrons. Thanks so much for this app and I’ll be hanging onto it for the future.

It's so, so, so, SO nice to find an app that does exactly what it says on the tin. I've had so many that hide basic features behind a paywall, and having an app that doesn't even *have* a paywall is such a nice change of pace. The design is cute, the call function is extremely useful, the skip function is great, and I love that it records exactly when you take a medication so, in case you're late, you still know how much time has passed so that you know you're in the right window. If I had to suggest anything to add, it would be an extra page with 'timers': you input a medication and how long you have to wait before you can take it again, then when you log that you've taken that med it starts running the clock down until it would be available again. That said, it isn't hard to do that math yourself, and I still find this pill calendar extremely useful as-is.

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in January. For those that don’t know it’s an autoimmune disease that was caused with higher than average luck (sarcasm). Getting used to this disease after 22 years of normalcy has been…something to say the least. The Apple medications app was great for simple medication reminders, but I take two types of insulin. One once a day and the other with every meal. Both are a requirement but the once a day I take a night and can easily forget unless I have a reminder. That’s where this app comes in. I would sleep through my medication reminders often leading to me missing my mandatory doses. This app is amazing because it actually calls me and that wakes me up out of my sleep to take my insulin. Amazing app. And with all the costs of being a diabetic it’s great that this app is free. One less thing to pay for.
