Doesn’t update with my points. Hasn’t been able to connect to the store anymore to submit orders either—employees say it’s working on their end to accept them but this app (and their website) really lack basic functionality.

This app is super basic. That would be fine if it worked but much of the time it does not work.The most frustrating part is that it doesn’t even have like a temporary cache for using the app and having to close it. I’ll give you an example. I tried setting up my order of several drinks at home. I got in the car started driving to the location. By the time I got closer to the store, I went to put a order in (likely at a red light). The order I had started was deleted. It deleted everything and I had to start all over. This is something that I typically do with other food apps when I’m very far away from the location and this is not even an option in an app like this. If I just have to go into the store to order then there’s no point in using the app at all. There’s no history of drinks. I didn’t even get a confirmation saying that the store received my order. I checked my bank statement to see if a pending payment had been placed. That’s how I knew it had accepted my card. Super weird. Maybe I’m just spoiled because all of the other food/service apps I use do these basic things.

I have on multiple occasions not been able to login, it doesn’t recognize any password (and I’ve had them saved every time), so I click forgot password and it takes literally over a week sometimes to get the reset email. The location services doesn’t ever work but tech “support” just said uninstall and reinstall it - which then AGAIN required the whole password reset issue and I have YET to receive a reset email for that request. Absolutely ridiculous. You’d think after every other restaurant figured it out this place could.

I love how they added the Flavors on the Art of Teas section, but it would be better if the Fruit Flavors can also be added to the Premium Teas. So when customers want a fruit flavor with premium teas, they can order it on the app as well, not only creamer and sweetener options. Please also add a note section where customers can add modifications to their drinks.
