Users can now click on push notifications and be redirected (after proper log-in, when needed) to the corresponding screen, even if currently logged out or if the app is closed or minimized. We have enhanced security. Get directions will now properly open your selected default maps app. Biometrics will now properly disable following a password update. After updating your password, re-enable it in the profile [top right corner of the home page] —> Login/Password page.

We made it easier to pay your Novant Health or Novant Health New Hanover bill without logging into MyNovant. We also made password management easier.
