Tried to pay my bill earlier last night and this morning tried to pay again and it wouldn’t take my payment last night and now it’s telling me to download the latest version cause I’m working on a outdated version. There’s no update version.

I have had this app for months. Let’s me log in and it just keeps loading. Allows you to click on the side panel to click what you need and once you do it still continues to load. Yes, I have repeatedly deleted and reinstalled it, same thing. I even had customer service send a link, I clicked it same thing. When it was working it had the wrong insurance number for me. Spoke to customer service who couldn’t answer why the policy number was wrong. I put in the new information, refreshed app and guess what!!!! Still had the wrong policy number didn’t update the correct information . At this point just start over again. From the ratings it seems everyone is having issues.

Had an issue with the address check in location rewards part contacted help and they help me with a quick immediate response and gave me my rewards after completing the check-in very friendly and great communication helpful. Elan was nice to speak with!!

I have tried for nearly 2 weeks to get registered on this app. Every time I type in all information then press register the screen turns white I see a load symbol then nothing but white screen for 10 minutes then back to register screen with nothing filled out! I have deleted and downloaded again to the same thing.Update: still same problem after 3 months so whatever
