App is broken

Has been broken for several months. I used to order from their old app 1-2x per week but they overhauled the app sometime last year and now you cannot sign in. I have ordered through the browser a few times since but it was annoying on mobile. But now the mobile browser doesn’t work either after several month hiatus. I literally can’t sign in to order which is required for online ordering

Ashlan and Blythe store
I place an advance order in the app and an hour later the store did not get my order. Even with the store confirmation on the order the store refuse to fill my order. The male employee said the app is not connected with store then why have a deli delicious app if this doesn’t not connected with store listed. I’m not sure it was shady. The employee didn’t even look and was dismissive.

Your website and ordering platform, both online and through the app, is horrible! Online, I click on the sandwich type, chicken, then it takes me to the chicken sandwich options. Then when I click on the one I want, it takes me back to the previous page. Over and over again.On the app, I am trying to reset my password and after clicking on the link in the email, the webpage NEVER loads.I want to order online or through the app so I can take advantage of the deli delicious promotion that’s starts today, which requires to order online, but I can’t! Please get someone to fix this!
