The app is not updated or accurate. If something is 6/9 it’s not 100% even though it says 100%. Family and Friends can’t access the full report. Either fix it or remove it until it works fully.

I was so excited about this app! I thought it would be a great way for my siblings and I to keep updated on our mother’s progress. Instead, it has just added to our frustration. Probably about 80% of the time, when we try to log in, it says the app is unavailable and to try again later. The times I have been able to get in, it shuts down after only a couple of minutes. I think Encompass needs to seriously rethink advertising this app until they get it fixed!

Just spoke with an ehc case manager. Patient status updates are not being uploaded to this app. The app may not be functional—eg my “verification information” is correct and in their records but I can’t access/sign up to use the app. The idea and advertised use of the app is excellent, but unfortunately it doesn’t actually work as promised.Electronic medical records have been around for decades, electronic access via app/website to those records is now commonplace. Encompass should either make their system work or take down their advertisements.

You cannot sign up as a patient proxy, you have to say “I am the patient” in order for this to work. Once the patient is signed up, you can invite other family members. It works great to see patient progress once you are in.
