Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. I have my 401(k) from my previous employer with them, and so far all I have received are excuses. Every time I follow up, they claim I am missing paperwork or need to complete additional forms, even though I have already submitted everything requested. They continuously give me the runaround with no real progress or solutions.If you currently have money with this company, I strongly recommend withdrawing it as soon as possible.My case was assigned to David Arnold, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. He does not answer phone calls, and when he responds to emails, it is only to request more paperwork or shift responsibility—never to provide a clear resolution. This company it’s wordless and the people who work there are so incompetent.

This app on iPhone works only 10% of the time and that’s being generous. In this day and age it’s outrageous that a finance company can’t get its act together and provide an app that’s functional so investors can track their accounts. This lack of functionality is a long standing issue. Get it fixed!

This company is redicious with and without the app they get no stars from me I call to check the status of my withdrawal from my account these people had me on hold for 1hr and 15mins for 2day I have not ever experienced any like this so I hung up these are poor reps period I wouldn’t recommend any employer to use this company very poor customer service they give you a hard time to get your own money 6and more months waiting period they treat your money as if it’s theirs never have I ever experienced this type of treat ment they need to be replaced and reported trouble the worst ever
