By my own definition of success, I was living the good life. Dream career. Investments. Family. Life was good. I even had a 6-pack - not beer, abs. By my own definition of hotness - I was sizzling. We have options. We want you to keep your house!” I said, “what? What are you saying?” At a time when men who look like me where being kneeled lifeless in the street - this company wanted to help me? I swipe my tears and I got to work. Today, I’m the Global Creative Director for a multi-billion dollar company. My salary is higher than ever before. I’ve apologized to God for screaming but luckily He forgave me long before my apology. My blessing was Freedom Mortgage. It cost me only to have freedom mortgage to eventually hang up on me without allowing me to leave a message. Your options are very narrow. If the reason for contacting you doesn't fit your narrative, you apparently don't want to hear about it. I believe I heard, download your app and contact you from anywhere. That is not true. Let's keep this simple. Allow me access to you and my account information or release my loan to another entity that will. I am overseas. Unforbid my entry to my account and your secure messaging. How am I to communicate with you? My time zone is +12 hours. I have your app. But, I can't contact you. I'm forbidden. It's your app; ask it. The phone contact I had with your AI recognized my phone number, but still refused to allow me to leave a message. So, what to do? Go public! Now everyone knows our business. I don't need your gifted headache to pay my mortgage. I can't contact you. I'm overseas, I use a VPN for my protection not to fool you, I use other software protections as well. I cannot be grateful enough, for the amazing customer service and support I received during Covid pandemic! I’m sure there were sooooo many people having trouble paying their mortgage, so I’m sure they were inundated with calls about that which make’s their customer support even more incredible! I faced a lot of companies to call and I could feel and sometimes hear their irritation and frustration and I would feel bad, guilty & beaten down even more then I was that I couldn’t pay my bills…. BUT.. Freedom Mortgage was amazing and kind, Helpful and even empathetic every single call, EVERY TIME!! ( and I called a lot!, I needed constant affirmation, that we would not lose our house!) I finally feel free as the name suggests with Freedom Mortgage. First mortgage company that truly represents it’s name. At first I was surprised to be notified of mortgage transfer to another company. Usually this brings added frustration to a process that’s a monthly priority in one’s life. My first encounter with this company was rather frightening because the lady was rather dry. Once the transfer was complete my experiences began to change. Communication with company representatives became comfortable conversations with someone that took time to listen and showed compassion to my moment of concern. I was no loner just an account number I became a person of value. This is how all businesses should recognize their customers. I applaud the company for their outstanding customer service.
