I have been using the app since 4/25. I have completed 3 programs.A basicOverview of how the app works. Users can select a program and pick a start date. From there, you follow your calendar and complete the workouts. Each workout has descriptions and most have alternate exercises. The app allows you to track your reps and weights. This is a great tool to ensure that you are progressing. Also, Hailey and her team have a super active FB page. You have access to Hailey and her team all the time. This is not a program where you pay for access and you have no support. There is a community of women in this group. Hailey also offered early access to programs and discounts to members. I have changed my physique and am building strength, thanks to Hailey and this app.

This is by far THE best workout App, program and training plan I’ve tried. The support you get is phenomenal and the app is so easy to use. I love at the end of my workout I can see how much weight I moved in that session. It has a video to correspond to each and every exercise you do. It’s soo user friendly that a total beginner can get in the gym and be comfortable with doing the exercises. It’s great for the experienced lifter as well since it will help you track your progress with progressive overload. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!

Everything about Hailey Happens Fitness (HHF) including this app, is outstanding!! The HHF programs, specifically designed for women (finally!!!), are all backed by evidenced based science, and the team is constantly on the lookout for the latest scientific findings that they then incorporate into the various programs. The tutorials on the workouts and use of the app and all its features are excellent. The HHF team is smart, talented, honest, authentic and with you (cheering you on) the whole way!
