Loan company - just fine. App - absolute trash. I can sign in and that’s about it. It let me pay the first few payments, but now just has an error icon anytime I try to make another payment. No explanation with it, just an error icon. Deleted and redownloaded and get the same issue. Cannot login to the website with the exact same information either for some reason.

the first loan I pay on time every week and pay full amount on time too the second time same thing every week pay on time always pay on time and then I try to apply for the third time and they don’t approve me i don’t understand why I’ll pay them everything full term and every week on time and when I try to apply for the third time they don’t approve me so really bad experience and to much interest if you don’t pay on time the full term they charge you doble if the loan is $3000 and you don’t pay before the 90 days you have to pay doble more then doble so please don’t apply with this company I don’t recommend it worst worst worst company

Website works perfectly fine. I am able to sign into the app but it does not allow me to link my account. I copy the account from the website and enter on app. It doesn’t recognize and gives a message to try again or contact lender. Doesn’t make sense. Please fix app. It is so much better to utilize than having togo on the website.

I downloaded the app to make payments more conveniently, however I cannot login to my account. It gives me a error saying my information is invalid. I know that my credentials I’m inputting are correct because I am able to login in on the website. Please fix, this would be so much more convenient for users to utilize the app.
