Could be better

I like the idea of the chat option, but I sent my message request 8 hours ago and have received no response. Clicking on ‘Sessions’ shows me my chat session is active, but has a never-ending loading icon at the top left corner and occasionally glitches. I think the issue is more with the functionality of the app rather than someone not getting back to me. Which is why I’m here. The eternal loading icon appears in the RX section too—when I’m looking for my coverage, all I get is a loading circle. Overall, app has potential but is very glitchy and unresponsive right now! Please fix!

They make it needlessly difficult to display an ID card. So difficult that the first page of the app has a link to a primer on where to find your ID card. Claims are impossible to read—columns only show the first letter of the insured’s name and the provider. Once you open a claim, you must download the EOB in order to see it, but that feature doesn’t work. Prescription benefits take you back to the web with a separate login.

The app does not respond to user commands, such as switching from “Documents” and other menu items to the main page. Content is also sometimes missing when in fact it exists with the policy reflected in the app. A somewhat poor execution of an app, unfortunately.
