4 stars due to complicated message submissions
DocDawson
I have left messages that mentioned a 2 business day reply delay but after a week or two and no reply I wonder if my messages are even seen. I replied to a nurse pre-op message and have not received a reply. I sent my Dr. a message and that has had no response. I wanted to ask a nurse a question but there is no obvious link to that request. In Messages it would be helpful to have a button to click for Ask a question.
Dr Matthew Ryan
Charlie Jay Chuck
I came to UTSW to see Dr. Matthew Ryan for my chronic sinus infections that I have had for over 3 years. I brought him all of my scans and others health information and he was extremely thorough and very comfortable to talk with. I had many endoscopy’s are n the past but none as smooth and painless as this one. We have made a clear plan for moving forward and I am excited for better days to come. I would very much recommend Dr. Matthew Ryan to anyone seeking a great ENT.

This app has been an amazing tool to managing my health. I’ve recently had surgery that has made talking difficult. This app has made communication so much easier. I’m able to message my doctors directly, schedule appointments, pay bills, and order refills. I’m also able to access my chart through another hospital as well. This app really is a lifesaver!
This update includes miscellaneous performance improvements and bug fixes.
