App keeps crashing, most of the time have to use browser website

The Pebbles
Using a iPhone 15 Pro Max, software is currently up-to-date and having no issues with my phone. This is the only app I’m having issues with once I try to login it immediately crashes having to resort to signing on the website to pay my mortgage.

“Something happened” isn’t an error message. I just want to look at my mortgage. There is no excuse for this app to have so much trouble simply logging me in when I’ve already changed my password and had to call a representative to help me out.

Stockton Mortgage representatives have confirmed several times that as long as my payment is received between the 1st and the 15th of the month that I would not be considered late. As long as my payment is received by the 15th why do you have to start harassing me beforehand?
