Customers can track their rides and share their eta. There is an S.O.S button that immediately connects you to 911 or your contact person. A special 4-digit OTP identification number is provided to help identify the correct driver to the rider. These features ensure drivers and passengers reach their destination, safe and sound, which is why our mobile app does not allow anyone who could potentially be a threat to have access to our customers and to our partners. I am on both ends of the scope with JHR. I am a driver and have also been a customer. I must say that my experience with JHR is second to none when it comes to Rideshares. The Ladies are excellent and their cars are immaculate. JHR and its staff are amazing. I love the hands on experience with the CEO. Mrs. Kim is touchable and she's concerned about her riders, as well as, her drivers. She treats the drivers with dignity and respect, and will move mountains if she could for us. JHR is not as robust as the other 2 Rideshares yet but, we are well on our way. I would encourage you to preschedule your rides ahead of time to ensure a match. If you are looking for a Rideshare that provides safety, comfortability, and respect, JUST HER RIDESHARE is at your service!
Makes you setup an account when their not even in the area

This is only available in North and South Carolina. The app doesn’t tell you that but instead makes you go through the entire setup process (including requiring phone, email, profile pic, and requesting cc#-which is the only one you could actually skip). Even when you get through all of that it doesn’t actually say they aren’t setup in your area, it just says there are no drivers available and you have to pick a different destination. Just have a frigging pop up when the person first opens the app that says where you operate! Instead of wasting so many people’s time so you can farm data.
Waste of time, really disappointing
Guess I won’t go after all
I was so excited to see a really necessary service like this show up in Charlotte. Unfortunately, the app is glitchy; but even worse, it will give me the same 23-min eta when trying to get picked up (no matter the time of day) but then just counts down all 23-minutes trying to find a driver who is apparently nonexistent. I don’t know if drivers are out there, but there aren’t enough of them? But watching a timer count down over and over with no drivers ever taking the ride is a huge waste of my time.
